As of May 10, 1993, the OMB approval numbers for EPA regulations in Chapter I of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) appear in a listing in 40 CFR 9.1 (58 FR 27472). This listing fulfills the display requirements in section 3507(f) of the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) for EPA regulations. Once this ICR is approved and a new OMB Control Number is assigned to the covered activities, this listing will be amended to reflect the change in OMB Control Number.
