Justification for the form revisions
On October 13, 2010, the ninth circuit court issued a mandate vacating the injunction in Ruiz-Diaz class action litigation halting the acceptance of concurrently filed Form I-360 religious worker category with the Form I-485. Consequently, revision to the Form I-360 instructions is necessary to comply with the court order.
