Financial Report for the Endowment Challenge Grant Program

We acknowledge that in the previous submission we stated that the online reporting system for the Endowment Challenge Grant Program would be functional in 2007; however, significant delays in the process caused us to push our launch date to January 2011. We have tested the system, and we are confident that we can meet this deadline. The Department will submit to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) screenshots of the online reporting system prior to implementation.
While we anticipate the online data collection will reduce burden, we cannot predict that burden hours will be reduced that this time. We will monitor the burden hours and we will notify OMB if there are any significant changes.
