This information collection request is approved. OMB notes that SSA is consolidating its application status information under one OMB approval.
Per the previous Terms of Clearance, OMB approved the consolidation of the application status information under OMB Control Number 0960-0763.
Revisions to the Collection Instrument
SSA’s Office of the General Counsel is conducting a systematic review of SSA’s Privacy Act Statement on agency forms. As a result, SSA is adding a Privacy Act Statement to the Internet application.
In addition, we are revising the PRA Statement for the Internet application to reflect our current boilerplate language. The current language is now outdated.
