years. For the following form, it is suggested the agency update
due dates to reflect current timelines. Form EIA-820 currently
states: "Please reply to this email by December 10,2009..." In
addition, the due date for form EIA-820 is February 17, 2010, while
indicating the "Contact Name" will receive an email eight weeks
before due date. Finally, EIA is dicontinuing the EIA-811 survey in
this clearance package.

EIA's Petroleum Supply Reporting
System collects information needed for determining the supply and
disposition of crude oil, petroleum products, and natural gas
liquids. The data are published by EIA and are used by public and
private analysts. Respondents are operators of petroleum
refineries, blending plant, bulk terminals, crude oil and product
pipelines, natural gas plant facilities, tankers, barges,
oxygenated producers and oil importers.
