Addendum to the Supporting Statement for

Sections 435.12, 435.22 and 435.52 contain reporting requirements. However, we are not clearing these requirements because we use the standard forms created for this purpose to collect the information. Those forms are: SF-269 and SF-269A SF-424: SF-270 and SF-272.

When we cleared this information collection request in 2006, we reported burden hours under Sections 435.21, 435.33, 435.44, 435.81 and 435.82. In this request, we have no burden hours to report for these sections due to the low number of respondents (1 respondent or less).
