	Survey conducted four times a year (April, July, September and end of the year). The questions shift from projected acres to actual acres for current year. This questionnaire is sent only to the processors.			Your report is needed to supply vegetable processors and others in the industry with information on acreage of vegetables contracted for processing. Please report, by State, the acreages of the crops your firm plans to grow or contract this year. Also include any tonnage contracts your firm might have. Report of survey results will be issued in July. It will show the 2008 prospective contracted acreage of vegetables for freezing and canning by State and for the Nation. This report will serve as a guide to processors and others in making further plans for the 2008 season. Your cooperation in completing this form is appreciated. Your individual report is confidential and used only with other reports for statistical purposes. Response to this survey is voluntary and not required by law.
