Several States will conduct a production and disposition survey on certain specialty crops within their State. They will use this similar layout and insert the commodity of interest in the appropriate blanks, such as cabbage, or squash. Please make corrections to name, address, and Zip Code if necessary.			This survey is used to estimate the production and disposition of the 2009 __________ crop. Production and disposition of the ___________ crop for all major growing States will be released on ____________. Response to this survey is voluntary and not required by law, but your help is needed to ensure accurate estimates. Your individual report will be kept confidential.
