Supplemental Information for FERC Supporting Statement
On 11/18/2009, the OMB Desk Officer for FERC requested supplemental information on the public comments received in response to the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking [NOPR] on “Contract Reporting Requirements of Intrastate Natural Gas Companies” (issued 7/16/2009). [Please note that the NOPR and supporting statement were submitted to OMB on 7/31/2009, and these comments were received subsequent to that submittal to OMB.]
The following list provides links to the public comments in FERC’s eLibrary, as well as the NOPR and subsequent Notice requesting comments on the standardized format. Separately, some of these comments are also being added to OMB’s ROCIS system.
