JUSTIFICATION
A Revision ICR was approved by OMB on 12/09/2008 without changes (see ICR Reference No. 200808-0920-009). The Revision ICR described CDC’s plan to change the data collection frequency from annual to every other year. In addition, in order to maintain consistency between the project title and the actual frequency of data collection, CDC also proposed to delete the word “Annual” from the project title and the data collection instrument.
The project title currently posted on RegInfo.gov and OMB’s Notice of Action do not reflect the requested title change. CDC requests an update to the title of the project.
