This information collection is used to
satisfy the statutory and regulatory requirements for the periodic
evaluation of the vending facility program on federal and other
property throughout the U.S. The data collected provides
information regarding the program's fulfillment of its purposes
including income generated through the program, funds expended in
support of program activities, the establishment of vending
facilities on federal property, and training to persons who are
blind in the operation of vending facilities. The respondents are
state agencies designated by the Secretary of Education to
administer the program in the states and territories.
