VA 0877 requests participants (veteran or service-disabled veteran business owners) to submit an electronic signature to affirm that that the articles of incorporation (or other legal documents establishing the business) are filed with their state. VA realized that a contingency process is needed in case the electronic version can not be used. Therefore, VA revised the wording in Part II-Affirmation. Currently, the form reads: “By electronically signing this form;”…. The new wording would be as follows: “By electronically signing or FAXing this signed form to (202) 303-3330;”
There is no change to the burden hour.
