The Coast Guard establilshed an
optional Streamlined Inspection Program (SIP) to provide owners and
opeators of U.S. vessels an alternative method of complying with
inspecton requirements of the Coast Guard. Respondents are owners
and opeators of vessels.
The change (i.e., increase) in

the number of participants in the Streamlined Inspection Program.
