The REACH Management Information
System is a customized internet-based support system that will
allow the Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health across
the US (REACH US) program grantees to perform remote data entry and
retrieval on the grantees' evaluation activities. This support
system is designed to create reports of grantees' actions and
accomplishments. The system may be used to meet their cooperative
agreement reporting requirement. For the purposes of this
statement, the grantees are considered the respondents.
