We monitor the progress beneficiaries make under the Ticket to Work Program to ensure that those beneficiaries who are exempt from receiving a Medical Continuing Disability Review (CDR) because of participation in the program continue to qualify for exemption. Beneficiaries must provide written requests to place their tickets in inactive status during periods of inactivity or to re-enter ticket use status after not meeting the work or educational requirements necessary to retain exemption from receiving a medical CDR. We will send a written request to beneficiaries for certification of work and educational progress in connection with annual timely progress monitoring. If a beneficiary does not respond we may request this information from his/her employment support service provider to make a decision concerning the beneficiary's work or educational progress.
