statutory authority to provide assurances of confidentiality, ACF
will remove all such assurances and replace them with something to
the effect of "will be kept private to the extent permitted by
law." Results from this survey will be for internal agency use only
and will not be published anywhere. When reporting results, ACF
should indicate what the response rate was and clarify that the
sample may not be representative.

The Office of Child Support
Enforcement (OCSE) plans to reach out to as many State child
support enforcement caseworkers as possible to invite them to
participate in a brief on-line survey. The responses will be used
to determine if OCSE needs to modify the content and the means of
communicating information and training materials used to process
child support enforcement cases.
