In response to the Terms of Clearance which were placed on this collection in 2004:
OMB has adjusted SSA's burden hour estimate to reflect the 20% of respondents that do not need to complete the entire form associated with this collection.
When this form was cleared on 7/20/04, OMB adjusted SSA's burden hour estimate to reflect the 20% of respondents that do not need to complete the entire form associated with this collection. SSA has revised the burden hours accordingly within the Supporting Statement and through the IC in ROCIS. SSA will continue to reflect the 20% of respondents who are requesting a change in repayment and, therefore, do not need to complete the entire form.
