Justification of change request for 0935-0106 "Voluntary Customer Satisfaction Survey Generic Clearance for the AHRQ"
The respondent cost burden was incorrectly entered as $515,732,000. I assume that the person that entered this data meant to enter $515,732, but entered the actual dollar amount, rather than entering the amount in thousands of dollars, as was required at that time, and the computer added 3 zeros. However, they should have entered $0, since the only cost to the respondent is that associated with their time. There are no other costs to the respondent for capital equipment or operational expenses associated with responding to an information collection under this generic clearance.
