The Carl D. Perkins Vocational and
Technical Education Act requires the Department to submit an annual
report to Congress that includes: (1) an identification of
activities assisted under section 118 during the prior year; (2) a
description of the specific products and services assisted under
section 118 that were delivered in the prior program year; and (3)
an assessment of the extent to which States have effectively
coordinated activities assisted under this section with activities
authorized under section 15 of the Wagner-Peyser Act. The law also
requires that the National ACRN entity disseminate information that
promotes the replication of high quality practices as performed by
State ACRN entities. This collection solicits information from
grantees necessary to fulfill this requirement, and support the
Department's monitoring and technical assistance
activities.
