This data collection will support
HHS's effort to document implementation lessons from the Oklahoma
Marriage Initiative. Sinced the OK Marriage Initiative is the

evaluation will fill a gap in our understanding of the implications
of implementation decisions in marriage programming. Information
will be collected through structured interviews and focus groups
with program developers, practioners, and participants.
