This non-substantive action is to
adjust the baseline for this ICR to reflect the transfer of the
fees program burden for light duty vehicles from 0783.47 to this
ICR in an accompanying non-substantive ROCIS "83-C type"
submissions. This will allow subsequent renewals of the fees
program to be considered and adjusted in one ICR, 2080 (which
expires March 31, 2007), rather than two. Adjustments to this
combined burden will be presented against this baseline in the
upcoming renewal, 2080.03. This is appropriate because the fees
program is, in fact, administered as a single program covering both
on-road and off-road vehicles and engines.
