fed reg doc e6 16048 dhs cdc 60 day 06 0612 well integrated screening and evaluation for women across the nation

this is one more survey which does nothing for people of the u.s. taking a survey if no action results is worthless. absolutely worthless and in fact causes harm since it costs tax dollars to do these worthless surverys and american women lose their homes through paying high taxes for worthless surverys that help them not at all.

this kind of survey needs to be stopped now. it is worthless.

This data collection is not a survey.  Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the leading cause of death in women and our program provides cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk factor screenings, brief risk factor counseling, lifestyle interventions, and a follow-up CVD screenings to under- and uninsured women that would not have received these services if not provided by WISEWOMAN.  The data is reported by our funded projects, consisting of state health departments and tribes, as part of our effort to hold projects accountable for federal dollars spent on this population.  We use this data to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the programs to ensure that we get the biggest bang for the federal buck.  The women do not take a survey.  Much of the information is collected from lab reported results from their blood work or from a brief interview the woman might have with her doctor or interventionist.  The women benefiting from these services are low income, under- or uninsured, between the ages of 40 and 64.
