Revision to the Collection Instrument

Since 2003, the annual reporting burdens for the majority of the regulations which were cleared under this collection, 0960-0679, are now cleared under the various ICRs for the forms to which they pertain (0960-0014, 0960-0024, 0960-0069, 0960-0109, 0960-0576, 0960-0691). The only four regulation sections which were cleared under this OMB number in 2003 for which we still have no forms are 20 CFR 404.2011, 404.2025, 416.611 and 416.625. Therefore, we have revised 0960-0679 to only include the annual reporting burdens for the four regulation sections which still need OMB clearance.
