In response to Executive Ordr 12862
issued on September 11, 1993, a call for a customer-driven
government, the Clearinghouses# Evaluation plan was designed to
better understand the kind and quality of services Clearinghouse
customers want and their level of satisfaction with existing
services. Through web, phone, email, and print surveys, the
Clearinghouses# inttend to improve the quality of their products
and services, in turn allowing limited resources to be targeted to
improving those components that have the most impact on customer
satisfaction.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
