terms of clearance: the proposed survey is approved for preliminary
research concerning psychosocial factors which may impact food
choice - this approval should not be interpreted as an endorsement
of the future utility of surveying other populations of interest
with questions from the current survey or generally concerning
matters related to psychosocial factors which may influence food
choice; per completion of the initial pilot phase and finalization
of study questions NIH will submit final instruments to OMB for
approval prior to fielding; on completion of the study NIH shall
submit a report to OMB detailing study analysis and results.

The objective is to identify, examine
and test potential psychosocial and environmental factors that may
be associated with fruit and vegetable intake, the ultimate
purposes is to recommend their inclusion in future national
surveys.
