Protocols for final performance for
FIPSE's three international programs are necessary to assure the
quality of program management and progress toward meeting
performance objectives which include student learning, encouraging
international cooperation, and partnerships among higher education
institutions in the U.S. and abroad. These are final reporting
forms for FIPSE's three international competitions. These forms are
used at the conclusion of the performance and budget periods for
these three competitions: P116J, P116M and P116N.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).

covers:
