The goal of this study is an analysis
and assessment of NIH minority trainee educational outcomes as part
of an effort to increase the numbers of minority biomedical and
behavioral scientist and to improve the research environment at
institutions that serve underrepresented minorities. To supplement
student outcome information in NIH databases, a one-time survey
will be conducted of institutional program directors at
institutions with three NIGMS MORE programs.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
