This collection of information is
needed in order to determine the condition of acquired
single-family assets, monitor the results of the repair contracts,
screen applicants for eligiblity, monitor enforcement processes and
monitor contractor performance in maintaining properties. The sales
contracts and addenda will be used in binding contracts between the
purchaser and HUD. The respondents are contractors who work for
HUD, purchasers of HUD-owned properties, teachers, school
districts, law enforcement officers, firefighters/emergency
responders, nonprofit organizations, and governmental
entities.
