Terms of Clearance: DOL will provide, by the end of September, 2005, an analysis of the costs of collecting the following data for the youth and lofelong learning common measures: 1. Data on the job placement of zero tolerance and uncommitted students , to allow these students' outcomes to be included in the calculation of performance on the youth and lifelong learning placement measure. 2. Data on degree and certificate attainment among ZT and un- committed students, to allow these students' outcomes to be included in the calculation of performance on the youth and life- long learning measure. 3. Data on on degree/certificate attainment by the end of the third quarter after exit.
