The information collection
requirements of the Ticket to Work regulations are used by SSA to
expand the universe of service providers available to SSI
disability payments recipients who are seeking employment,
vocational rehabilitation, and other support services to assist
them in obtaining, regaining, and/or maintaining self-supporting
employment while still receiving their payments. Respondents are
SSI disability payments recipients in this program, Program
Managers, Employment Network contractors, and SVRAs.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
