Prior to
resubmission of this information collection for renewal, the agency
must conduct a more in-depth analysis of the burden of this
collection. In particular, the agency must review each of the
exhibits required by this form, and, for those exhibits not covered
by other OMB Control Numbers, ensure that the agency is accurately
accounting for the cost of gathering and providing information. For
those exhibits based on information already available to the
business, the burden should reflect the costs of duplicating and
providingthe information. The agency should also note that this
approval covers only the use of this paper form and not conversion
of this form into an electronic approval process. As these terms of
clearance were given for the previous approval under this OMB
Control Number but not followed, this approval is for 18 months to
ensure timely compliance.
