Approved without
change. OMB welcomes FTC's re-estimation of the burdens and its
response to the letter from the National Associa- tion of
Automobile Dealers. Page 7 of the supporting statement properly
notes that the increase in the number of Spanish-languag e sales
has led to increased burden, as dealers post both English and
Spanish notices. This information collection represents an
extensive paperwork burden. By the time of the next submission, FTC
shall explore and report on two ways to reduce the burden. (1 ) By
offering a bilingual notice, so that dealers can choose to post
only a single form and (2) another means of burden reduction that
FTC chooses.
