The aim of the current research is to
obtain a national picture of the Early Head Start program, a
federal program created in 1995 designed to provide services to
low-income families with infants and toddlers. The research will
explore how programs are currently implementing services and who is
being served.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
