The IHS contracts with urban Indian Health organizations to provide health care services to Indians living in various urban areas throughout the United States. This information collection is conducted by these contractors. The information is collected annually and used to: monitor contract performance; prepare budget reports; allocate resources; and, access and evaluate the urban Indian health contract program.
