Since its inception in 1975, the
Office of Child Support Enforcement has required each State to
report its quarterly ending balance of undistributed child support
collections. With increased complexity of program rules and
regulations, both the sources of child support payments and the
requirements surrounding the distribution of those payments have
expanded substantially. Comments submitted in support of recent
revisions to Form OCSE-34A (OMB No. 0970-0181) included a
substantial number of requests that States be able to report the
quarterly aggregate balance of.........
