This pilot project will test outcome
(i.e., housing status, sobriety or drug-free status, mental health
treatment status, enrollment in an educational program, and
employment) and process (i.e., outreach, service delivery, and
linkage stages of intervention) measures in up to six provider
agencies in each of five participating States. The pilot project
will determine and feasibility of collecting and reporting such
data, and will assess the additional burden such data reporting
places on providers. The pilot study does not seek to provide
cross-site comparisons beyond simple descriptive....
