This study will survey K-12 and
community college teachers who were participants in the first three
years of the National Science Foundation's (NSF) Research
Experiences for Teachers (RET) Program awards fnded by NSF's
Division of Engineering Education (EEC), Division of Bioengineering
and Environmental Systems (BES), and the Division of Design,
Manufacture, and Industrial Innovation (DMII). Teachers will be
asked about their experiences while participating in RET, its role
in professional development, and curricular or pedagogical changes
they made subsequent to their RET experience. Survey
