NSF must
document in publications that the sampling frame is limited by the
exclusion of Alaska and Hawaii. Approval is also granted for NSF to
(1) conduct a pretest for up to 50 cases and (2) administer the
survey in Spanish in order to include Spanish-speaking respondents.
NSF will provide to OMB actual response rates achieved (an email is
sufficient); a breakdown showing how the response rate was
calculated should also be included.
