NOAA proposes that the participants in
the Federally-regulated dolphin-wahoo fishery in the Southeast
Region of the U.S. must mark their fishing vessels with the
official identification number or some other form of
identification. Such identification is necessary to aid fishery
enforcement activities and for purposes of gear identification
concerning damage, loss, and civil proceedings.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
