will begin at $30 for the baseline interview, and increase in
increments of $5-- therefore, the gift certificates will be for
$30,$35, $40, $45. 3) The feasibility study SAMHSA referenced in
this ICR was in violation, and SAMHSA should report it in the ICB
as such. SAMHSA is encouraged to consult OMB in the future
regarding any surveys that are ambiguous in regards to PRA
relevance.

Family Treatment Drug Courts (FTDCs)
are an innovative response to growing concerns about children's
safety due to substance abuse, an increase in substance
abuse-related cases in child welfare systems, and the failure of
traditional drug treatment programs to work well. This project will
examine the effectiveness of FTDCs in four sites using a
multi-method, quasi- experimental research design to investigate
several key child welfare outcomes for family treatment drug courts
as compared to traditional case processing, including: differences
in the time to permanency; rates of reunification and
