The Administration on Aging (AoA) has
undertaken an effort to develop a core set of performance measures
for state and community programs on aging operating under the Older
American Act (OAA). Entitled the Performance Outcomes Measures
Project, this initiative helps State and Area Agencies on Aging
address their own planning and reporting requirements, while
assisting AoA meet the accountability provisions of the Government
Performance and Results Act (GPRA). AoA has funded the nationwide
survey of AoA participants, utiizing the performance
measures.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
