Abstract: States interested in requesting monies for their insurance programs must apply to the Director, OSM. EO 12862 requires agencies to survey customers to determine the kind and quality of services they want and their level of satification with existing services. The information supplied by this evaluation will determine customer satisfaction with OSM's training program and identify needs of respondents.
