Rates and Appropriate Foreign Loss Payment Patterns For Determining
the Qualified Insurance Income of Certain Controlled Corporations
under Section 954(i)
Extension without change of a currently approved collection
Notice 2002-69 provides guidance on
how to determine the foreign loss payment patterns of a foreign
insurance company owned by U.S. shareholder for purposes of
determining the amount of investment income earned by the insurance
company that is not treated as Subpart F income under section
954(i).
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
