ED has made 3
significant changes. First, the Paperwork Burden Statement, OMB
control number, and expiration date were added. Second, ED reduced
the number of copies respondents were required to submit from 5 to
3 (one original and two copies), if they are only submitting paper
copies. Third, ED added to the submission instructions the protocol
for submitting the performance report electronically. Upon
clearance, ED will send to OMB a revised version of the final
report guidelines reflecting these changes. Finally, as discussed
between ED and OMB, the guidelines will be distributed
electronically.
