This is for the year one survey as
part of a larger multi-year longitudinal research effort designed
to evaluate the implementation of the Office of Global Health
Affairs programs to understand existing perceptions about
international health issues and the strategy the Federal government
should adopt with respect to global health problems. In addition,
by coordinating multiple measurements of public opinion and policy
makers' view with public information programs and campaigns, the
project will assist OGHA in evaluating changes in public and elite
group attitudes over time.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
