These 32 forms, covering production,
consumption, stocks, and receipts of nonferrous metal commodities,
are critical to the metal data collection effort, and are used for
military and civilian planning, and economic policy decisions
related to the commodities covered, which include aluminum,
antimony, bauxite, copper, gold, lead platinum, silver, tin, zinc,
and others.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
