Approved for 6
months to allow program to go out with the application in a timely
manner. ED will resubmit this package well in advance of the next
CCAMPIS competition so that OMB will have sufficient time for a
full review of the package. Upon resubmission, ED will remove the
requirement for schools to obtain certification of the amount of
Pell Grant disbursements from the ED Pell Grant office. The program
should be verifying with the Pell Grant office instead of requiring
the applicant to obtain the letter. Additionally, the previous
submission had incorrect numbers for the number of respondents,
number of annual responses, and burden hour calculation. ED shall
work to ensure that numbers submitted are correct.
