Respondents are customers (patients)
that complete the voluntary survey conducted at IHS-operated health
care facilities. The information gathered will be used by agency
management and staff to identify srengths and weaknesses in current
service provision, to plan and redirect resources, to make
improvements that are practical and feasible and, to provide vital
feedback to local health offiicals, health bords, and community
members regarding customer satisfaction.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
