The Study will provide information on
Medicare costs and outcomes of care for stroke patients treated in
skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, and home
health agencies. The study will provide data for the consideration
of refinements to payments methods and required assessment tools.
The study will also provide information that clinicians may find
useful for improving care to stroke victims.
