The collection of information
requirements is for those credit unions seeking an exemption from
the 20% or $1.5 million limit (whichever is greater). The credit
union needs to submit their investment and lending policies, a copy
of thier latest financial statement and an explanation for the
request to the Regional Director. This is necessary to protect the
National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund.
